  1. Make sure you stay only in the computer program/software that you are instructed to be in.
  2. The screen savers and backgrounds as well as other settings already preset should not be changed in any way.

The following are specifically not permitted:

  1. Sending or displaying offensive messages or pictures
  2. Using obscene language
  3. Harassing, insulting, or attacking others
  4. Damaging computers, computer systems, software, or computer networks
  5. Violating copyright laws
  6. Using another's ID/password
  7. Illegal use of data in folders or work files
  8. Intentionally wasting limited resources. This includes distributing mass e-mail messages, creating and participating in an unauthorized news groups, and storing files on file servers without proper authorization.
  9. Employing the network for commercial purposes

Violation of Board Policy 6646.2--In the event a student engages in any of the above referenced activities, his/her access privileges will be revoked and other disciplinary measures may result.

A signed permission form must be on file at school before student will be allowed to use a computer.
