Sample Student Username/Password Information Sheet
This is a sample of the document that will be distributed to each student in early September. This will contain the student’s login information for SPAN. Parents can also use their student’s SPAN account to view information.
SPAN Parent Account Request Form
Parents should submit this form with a Notarized Signature to your child’s homeroom teacher in order for the school to create a separate parent SPAN account. Parents who have a separate parent SPAN account can help our school save paper! SPAN parent accounts allow parents to view their student’s progress reports on-line and electronically “sign” the document to let the teacher know that the progress report has been reviewed at home by the parent. A parent account allows a parent to have an interaction about grades with the teacher at the mid-point of each quarter but gives the school an opportunity to save paper (we can go green and save some green!). This form was also included in your “Rainbow Packet” at the beginning of the school year.
